SUITEN -萃点-

The term "Suiten" was coined by Minakata Kumagusu to describe nodes or focal points in the natural world where multiple elements converge. Through his keen observation of the intricate interdependence of natural phenomena, Kumagusu used this concept to express ecologically rich sites—formed where particular conditions and environments intersect.

In this exhibition, eight artists from Lithuania and Japan weave together diverse expressions that
emerge at the confluence point of their two cultures.

A space where perception shifts—
Seek the silence between sounds.
Seek the spaces between forms.
Seek the suiten—the intersection of matter and sound.
Slowly, as you let sounds fall away,
Experience how your perception transforms.
